Where I end and you begin
Yet once more, a submission after an extended absence, and yet one more 'random object over head' image for the books. I use this particular spot quite often for portrait sessions, but it just recently became completely overrun with plant life. So the next time I came, I knew exactly what I wanted to do.
My good friend Lindy was a willing participant in this case, and we managed to pull something off. She had my SB600 clenched between her chin and clavicle (or something like that), which I fired wirelessly to light up the lampshade. I was quite pleased with the results in the end.
And for those of you who are regulars, you'll notice the EXIF below reads a bit different - the Nikon D80 instead of the D200. Fear not, I have not abandoned the 200 for something lesser. I have two camera bodies now. I use my D80 for wideshots, and my D200 is always coupled with the 85 1.4 (sometimes the 50 1.4 depending on the situation). The combo works well in terms of switching lenses.
