Prints are made by a professional lab on real photographic paper for quality and longevity. Surfaces are available in a Matte Lustre or Glossy Metallic finish. All prints are signed and uneditioned. Why don't I edition the prints? So I can sell at a lower cost to you with more flexibility for myself. Some day I'll start doing editions, but I'm not quite there yet.
Sizes are available up to 20 X 30. All prints are made with a border for easy framing and archiving. Square format images will be printed on square format paper at respective prices (10 X 10, 12 X 12, 16 X 16, 20 X 20). Shipping in the US is $5 for US Mail, free with a purchase of $40 or more. Additional fees and different service will be applied for shipping outside the US. International orders will not qualify for free shipping. Satisfaction policy: If your print arrives physically damaged or is of dissatisfactory reproduction quality (color cast, banding, smearing, blocking out, etc.), please send an email describing the problem to prints [at] andrewhefter [dot] com within 7 days of receipt. Pictures are welcome if possible. A new order will be placed and sent at no extra charge.
In some circumstances, it may be necessary to return the prints. In these situations, reimbursement for shipping and packaging cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, full refunds and exchanges cannot be made outside of extenuating circumstances. International customers seeking replacement orders in the event of damaged or dissatisfactory prints are asked to pay for cost of materials and shipping.
